More than 20 years old successfully & profitably running 200 bed hospital with in-house pharmacy and fully equipped Diagnostic center is looking for investors (100% acquisition preferred). The group is running three multispecialty hosputal at strategic locations in a well know City in eastern part of UP.

Revenue of INR 500 MN approx, ARPOB in the range of 15k-17k INR with avg combined occupancy of 45%. Healthy EBITDA margin of 30%. Great opportunity for investors for an outright acquisition, existing promoters willing to manage affairs of Unit as part of transition period- Scope and role to be defined by Strategic Investor. Hospitals are located at strategic locations of the City with further capacity to expand.

Hospital is well equipped with state of art infrastructure and provides wide range of emergency coverage, highly experience management Team. Employee strength is 400+. Around 40-45% revenue comes from Critical Care, Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, IVF and Orthopedics division.
