The 3 pillars of this fintech are ebuysugar, chinimandi and agrimandi.

Ebuysugar is a B2B trading and facilitation platform with more than 2500 users and more than 1600 Crores worth of sugar traded on the platform, chinimandi is the news and information portal where 3.5 Mn users are currently present, with reach of more than 200+ countries and 50,000 articles published and agrimanid is the research and consulting vertical which provides commodity agnostic research reports to its user on a monthly subscription model and further consultation services.

These 3 pillars provide with clients who need credit, with their data points pertaining to their buying and selling capacities, and finally the industry insights and trends so as to understand the additional risks involved apart from the standard historic financial data points acquired by an NBFC, hence giiving us a clear understanding of the credit worthiness of the same.

EBITDA / Profitability

We did a 50 Crores INR lending this F.Y., earning revenue (interest earned) of Rs. 9.81 Crores and net interest earned (Net Profit after removing the finance cost) of Rs. 8.51 Crores, giving us a NIM of 18%

Valuation

We currently value our startup at a post-money of 275 Crores INR, the money raised will be used to structure the NBFC and team around it + for the growth and vreating a book size of 150 Crores INR for the next F.Y. with projected profits of 42 Crores INR.
