Deal Description

1) The company provides 4 services namely GIS Product “Global Mapper” supplier, Reselling of DRONES/UAVs, sale of its famous photogrammetry software METASHAPE and sale of famous Geotechnical engineering software GEO5. GEO5 is a software suite, providing solution for majority of geotechnical tasks

2) The company was started in March 2010 with a vision to become a key solution provider in the GIS & Photogrammetry industry. With the evolving GIS domain & arrival of drones on the world map, the company could easily mold itself into a turnkey solution provider in the Drone Segment. Throughout its journey from 2010 to 2022, the company has joined hands with various international companies to cater to Indian clientele across various domains including Infrastructure, Mining, Telecom, Forestry, Defense Forces, Educational Institutes, Surveyors, Utility Mapping Service Providers, Software Services Companies etc. Currently the company has more than 1000 clients spread across India. The company wants to develop its own drones for INDIAN AGRICULTURAL SECTOR.

3) Some of the important clients include Vodafone, Larsen & Toubro, IIT Bombay, University of Pune, Aditya Birla etc.

5) Fund Utilisation: Development of AGRICULTURE SPRAYING DRONE and Expansion of Team

6) The company wishes to raise an amount of INR 12.0 Crore against dilution of 15 % of equity and the company has not carried out equity dilution before & currently 100% equity is with the Promoters.
