The shareholders are seeking to fund additional working capital needs to ramp up production, to invest in production equipment, ERP integration, and sales network expansion The capital injection will also help secure a prospective OEM production partnership for a major globally recognized HVAC player, which gives the Company a stable and predictable future revenue stream in addition to the sales projection presented in this document. Owing to its technology being well received, the company has since establishment in 2018 quickly developed a solid distribution network with 11 closely affiliated distributors and agents across Europe. The company has received strong interest from individuals and corporate clients for its unique solutions. Investors will be offered a 16 equity stake, post transaction.
