This product funds with credit period with or without collateral based on profile and loan amount. Working Capital Facility up to Rs. 1.50 Crs is Unsecured. Above Rs.1.50 Crs to Rs.5 Crs only 30% collateral is needed.

Freight finance is a customer friendly quick working capital solution for the day to day need of all types of logistics business (Road, Air, Sea & Rail cargos).
What & Who?
This product funds the trip expenses with credit period based on the agreements between principal/ customer with or without collateral based on profile and loan amount.
Scope of the Program:
To provide Freight/Trip based finance to meet working capital requirement.
Invoice based fund:
• Transporters:
 80% funding based on the hire/freight value submission of copies of Freight invoices. (Invoice to be less than 30 days period and Invoice acceptance proof required in applicable cases).
 The funds to be disbursed to the transport provider/vehicle owner.
• Non-Transporters or Logistics service provider:
 80% funding based on the hire/freight value submission of copies of Freight invoices raised to the principal. (Invoice to be less than 30 days period and Invoice acceptance proof required in applicable cases).
 The funds to be disbursed to the logistic service provider.
 Additional funding could be considered based on undertaking or Escrow from respective principals.
• Construction Segment:
 Can be Considered when Construction done along with Involvement of Transportation/Freight Supported by Valid Contract Copies.
 60% based on the Inclusion of hire/freight Value submission of Copies of Freight Invoices raised.
 Contract Copies must be Inclusive of Transportation/Freight Charges which is Mandatory.
# Working capital can be availed either by anchor or by respective channels.
# Facility validity period is of 12 months. Will be renewed further.
# ROI 14% to 18% P.A.
# Same day disbursement against the invoices raised of transportation expenses.
# Complete support from our end for payments and processing the service requests.
# Repayment cycle will be from 30,60 and 90 days basis agreement terms.
