A leading real estate investor is looking to build hospitals on Built to Suit basis and enter into O&M contracts with hospital chains that are interested: 1) They are into Built to Suit facilities. They do not have existing properties. They are looking to convert their landbank to assets. 2) They will construct assets on long term O&M agreements of 15-20 years 3) They will invest only in the building. They won't fund the medical equipment etc. They want the O&M partner to have some skin in the game 4) Initially looking for smaller properties of 30-40 beds Putting a nominal value.
