Kornchain is the programmable digital currency network built by a team of highly skilled payment & banking technology experts.

Kornchain has launched LoyalT, a highly affordable and completely outcome based global reward network for MSMEs to reward and engage with their customers digitally. 

LoyalT is an award-winning platform and is an alumnus of The Loyalty Awards Magazine, IAG Hangar 51 accelerator, PwC retail cohort and the Mayor of London’s Business Growth Platform.

LoyalT is now at a point of growth with its huge traction from: 

• Leading enterprises like EXXON MOBIL, DNB
• Leading airmiles like AVIOS, Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Spirit Airlines
• The integration with the UK based payment service provider DNA payments having 60K+ SME customers
• The global digital asset solution partnership with IBM
• The UK High Street pilot - already 50 SMEs and 1000 consumers signed up   

LoyalT is currently in need of seed funding for aggressive sales & marketing to convert this huge traction and fuel its growth.

As part of the current SEED funding round, we are looking to raise 3M GBP on a pre-money valuation of 10M GBP.

Fund Utilization:

• 15% of the fund will be spent on branding & marketing
• 35% on field sales agent
• Remaining 50% on resources and operations.

Revenue is projected to be 9M GBP from 4500 UK SMEs during this period. We are UK EIS certified and open to an equity investment under UK EIS and/or a CLA (Convertible Loan agreement) for 24 months at 20% discount and 10% token.” 

From 2018 to 2021, we have raised £ 1.2 M in 4 trenches, through crowd funding and angel round for:

• MVP
• Airmile trading and distribution network
• reward network for bank & fuel company
• UK High Street proposition
