We would like to bring to your kind attention that we are manufacturers of various rubber items like a gasket, ring, rubber sheet, coal mill gasket, required in power plants and have been serving this industry for the past 25 years with our companies name quite common among all officers at NTPC for the supply of any type of rubber items. Many officers at NTPC take rubber items from us at double the rates quoted in tender because they trust the quality of our materials. Control and Instrumentation(C&I) departments rubber items are supplied by us across NTPC through cash purchase. In this department, the tender is floated only to the OEM but NTPC officers purchase it from us through draft PO. We supply materials which are superior quality than most of the reputed brands in the world. We also give the service of Rubber lining to various Power plants across India. In our sector, the major issue is the work is being done by job contract labour and they delay in supply of materials and hence leading to in supplies which results in Late delivery being imposed on us. In order to avoid this instance of late delivery, we can set up our own establishment and give employment to labour who would be working in our factory and hence we would be able to provide better quality products at a shorter time frame and the same would lead to greater profitability. We can use technology to manufacture the rubber products and hence the quality would also increase and the officers would order more rubber items from us. The normal PAT for materials supplied to the officers is 50% and if we deliver them on time and good quality the numbers are going to increase in the future. The demand for our product is ever increasing it is just that our capacity to supply the same should be there. So in order to expand our production capacity we actively looking for equity funding.
