Klonetics, a private Canadian corporation with international presence, is a leader in the industrial scale tissue culture production of cannabis clones and Ready to Flower plants. • The company was founded in 2018 by management with extensive experience in industrial service-based businesses in both public and private settings. • Using proprietary screening techniques and industry-leading tissue culture cloning, Klonetics provides growers with genetically superior clones that have consistent growth characteristics and phenotypes. • Klonetics has exclusive breeder and cultivar agreements with some of the best breeders/Influencers in the world who created the original archetypes used currently throughout the entire industry. The lack of industrial scale tissue culture cloning as it exists in traditional agriculture remains a serious problem for the cannabis industry and creates a significant opportunity for Klonetics strong team. • Klonetics has locked up a great opportunity for an existing cannabis-built facility with $10M of equipment and improvements made to a $5.5M building for a total value to Klonetics of $15M • Klonetics is raising $3M to fund the retrofit of the target facility, convert the facility to tissue culture propagation, and fund the initial start-up of the facility.
