Using the excess or dead stocks in the market from OEM's and rotating it in the circular economy by being an Asset light platform. Grown by 65% month on month on revenues and have 7 co-living players and a total of 50 businesses that have worked with them. Current number of assets rented are 14000+ with a total of 1300+ rooms furnished under them. Growth Plans include adding up more co-living players to the clientele with new geographies and newer portfolios and building platforms where in OEM's, Distributors upload the excess stocks available with them and we rotate the same in the rental market giving them more than 13-14% IRR a year.
