Deal Description

We have a deal to bring four major Universities to India. To ensure that there are five Universities on the top fifty of the global scale. Each of the four Universities are in the top twenty globally, highly respected and viewed as important in their fields. We aim to create five Universities: 1. Engineering and Aerospace 2. Medical and Life Science 3. Pure Science and Mathematics 4. Business Management All essential for the development of India and SE Asia. Instead of the 5 Million students travelling abroad to study, they can study they course, same professors and same standard in India. This will bring students from throughout SE Asia and Africa to study in India, this will generate local revenue but a huge return for the investors and founders. Seeking an initial USD 32 Million (Our organisation has already invested USD 45 Million, and have secured debt funding for additional works - but we seek to keep this debt free for the first three years), to build out a 200 acre campus and housing, includes state of the art equipment and facilities. Will build another four sites as the University develops. Our exit strategy as a UK Holding company would be the first educational establishment to be IPOd on the UK, German, Indian, and US markets.
