We ( Futuresoft solutions pvt ltd www.fspl.co.in) are a 25 yr old system integration company HQ out of Delhi and presence across India serving the private enterprise and process automation/ digitization initiative for government enterprise. Our primary business is offering managed services & complex business solutions / projects to our clients. We are a CMMI 5 company and looking to raise usd 10 million in 30:70 equity : debt construct. Our past four year average revenue is $ 5.5 million on average and for FY 20-21 we have closed our books @ $ 6.8 million and have an additional order book of $ 5 million for fy 21-22 in hand. Money raised will help us grow YOY any 80-100% for next 4 year. Investment is sought for $5 million and it will be used for business development / Geo expansion within in India and developing overseas market for our managed services port folio and a large portion of the fund will be used as security to secure performance bank guarantees and EMD which is required to BID for government projects.
