2) The survey of the land is completed and the latest valuation of the land is 3 Cr per acre and latest Ready Reckoner / Circle Rate of the Land is Rs 1 crore per Acre and the price is always minimum 4 times of Ready Reck Value as per Rules and Regulations of Central and State Govt Laws.
3) A government entity to buy out this property in 6 months and the order has been issued.
