Deal Description

ASG Hospitals with their Project Vision are a prominent player in the Healthcare space particularly specialised eye care. Already raised around INR 306Cr along with co investors from some prominent players like Sequoia, Investcorp which have exited and now 40% is held by Foundation Holdings. One of the co-investors being Oman based is exiting their investment mandate and needs to exit from ASG, its investment value being USD $3M. They had invested when the valuation was at $115M Half the investment is being taken over by Foundation holdings itself. Buyout of the balance $1.5M is required from some HNI or investor who is interested in the healthcare space. Company is confident of IPO in 2023-24.
