Hello there,
I have a mandate for an M&A opportunity for a product company working in the Blcokchain technology space. The company has developed a hyper scalable, mining less Real time protocol. This platform is also the greenest platform wherein the system resources are as low as 50MB per node and costs work out to less than USD 6 per year per node. The company offers solutions in Customer Identity and Access Management, Open Banking, Open Commerce, Open Data for Education, Open Data for Healthcare and Open Data for Utlities.
The company is looking to acquire a couple of IT services companies (preferably in Blockchain,DLT, Web3, DevOps but open to consider other technologies as well) in NA, EMEA and APAC with the ARR of USD 5M to USD 20M with positive EBITDA.
This will be a share-swap with the owners of the selling company. The acquired company can/will operate under its own brand name and style. The founders of the acquired may choose to exit the company over a period of 3 to 5 years as agreed.
