Deal Description

1) The total available quantum is 4 million liters (1,060,000 gal.) per day with an approval to bottle 1 million liters (265 gal.) per day by the Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) - The company's biggest and greatest advantage.

2) The company would establish two product lines – PET bottle and glass bottle. The capacity for PET bottle line would be 0.24 Mn (2,40,000) per day and for glass bottle line would be 0.048 Mn (48,000) per day.

3) Tested by the global experts, the spring water, which originates from the Sahyadri ranges is in its purest form with years of natural filtration provided by the underground layers of rock.

4) The proposed plant will be located at village Konas, Taluka Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, which is about 16 Km from Sawantwadi town.

5) 6 years were dedicated into conducting a thorough research and study of the source, including involvement from NSF and one of India’s leading Hydro -geological consultant
