Respected Sir/ Madam,

We, SOLAR PLANT INDIA is a joint venture of SWAP Exports & Electro Serve Solutions.

Till October 2022, Indian Renewable Energy Sector (RES) had 61.62% share of Solar Power Installed Capacity; which was highest. (Source: India Brand Equity Foundation- www.ibef.org)

We are preferring Equity Investment / Funding instead of Loan. The reason behind this to expedite the process to get amount and accordingly start the work as early as possible.

We require Investment of INR 25,00,000 for doing Business in various Solar Energy related projects / installations. These are, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural Solar Systems, Megawatt Projects, Solar System for Hotels / Resorts, Carports, New / Existing EV Charging Stations etc.

We are offering Two Options to Investor for ROI.

• Equity Stakes- We shall be offering Equity Stakes ratio of 75% holding by us & 25% for investor for the duration of 3 Years from the date of Agreement between us & Investor.
• Profit Share- We shall be offering Profit Share of 20% first year and accordingly increase every next year up to 5 Years.

Profit Share every year as follows:

1st Year- 20

2nd Year- 25

3rd Year- 30

4th Year- 35

5th Year- 40

In this Profit Share option, if Investor’s Principle Amount + Profit (mutually agreed by both for 5 year’s duration) get recovered before the decided duration; then we shall give them that amount and investor will exit from this venture.

Investor can appoint a person (as per mutually decided terms & conditions) with us to look after the utilization of invested amount.
