A US headquartered AI Data Analytics and Cloud Technology company of mine is looking to acquire a boutique IT services company in the LatAm market (like Argentina) for tapping local business opportunities and also to help in ramping up their near-shore development capabilities. No specific criteria given but if there is deal (in Data Analytics, AI/ML and Cloud Technologies) to look at happy to consider.
