A fast-growing supplier of branded high-quality home gym products both business-to-business and business-to-consumer within Europe, Russia, Africa and Middle East. The company is active in the sales and distribution of an exclusive range of home gym and professional fitness equipment. It is active in the global home fitness equipment market, which is expected to grow by 4.7% during 2020 – 2028. The Company is a distributor of several well-established brands with products including rowing machines, dumbbells, benches, kettlebells, home trainers and more. It has long-term contracts, ranging from 5 to 10 years, with its most important supplier, and with its suppliers for the exclusive distribution of the brands, resulting in stability of supplies. The Company has OEM contracts with well-known blue-chip suppliers of fitness equipment. Over the years, it has built up an extensive dealer network within Europe, and worldwide, consisting of blue-chip retailers. The products find application in both the commercial (B2B) and home fitness markets (B2C), but its customer base mainly consists of the specialised retailers of home fitness equipment, that deliver products to mainly consumers, personal trainers or gyms. It works with >90 unique dealers. The Company has a workforce of approx. 10 people and is centrally located in the Netherlands. The current shareholders successfully brought the Company to its current position and consider a sale since the Company is ready to enter the next growth phase under new ownership. All shareholders are willing to stay for a transition period after the proposed transaction, depending on the wishes of the prospective buyer.
