Blacksmith Battery Exchange Station (BBES) is the safest swapping technology to be designed in the world.

Our stations can be from 100 sq.ft to 1000sq.ft.  

The key value of BBES is its safety and easy installation in any petrol station or any vacant space. 

Revenue Model: The station shall be franchised to the eligible franchise partner and we shall share the profit for each swap done. We can charge riders as following:

• Monthly subscription

• Pay per use

Since the batteries are smart batteries, rider can’t misuse the rental batteries

There is 45% margin in every transaction (for each swap done)

Some distinguishable features:

• The only company to have patent rights for battery exchange in vehicle

• Water proof and Explosion proof safety features

• Installing inside petrol station is completely safe

• Trolley’s can be used for battery changeover instead of riders handling batteries

We are raising INR 5 cr. through Equity for a valuation of INR 50 Cr.

Fund Utilization:

• 20%: Batteries for one station (200 numbers)

• 20%: Machinery

• 20%: Dies for cabinets and battery module

• 20%: Manpower and Cabinets

• 20%: Factory setup rental and charging units
