The company has the expertise in the field of Dredging. The turnover for 2020 -21 in spite of Covid-19 was around Rs 22.50 crore /USD 3 M. The current order position is more than Rs 100 crore/ USD 15 M and the company can get additional orders worth Rs 200 crore/ USD 27 M in the current financial year subject to a condition that it owns at least two more dredgers In this case , the margins are very good and the investor partner can get handsome returns along with a stake in the company together with a seat on the Board. The returns can range anything from 18% p.a. to 20% p.a payable monthly depending upon the negotiations with the promoters. Further, we can always structure a Joint venture relationship between the promoter and the Investors. The stake in the company along with a seat on the Board is being offered.
