The Plant is situated in MP.

Below are brief points about the plant-

1. Current Machinery is ordered for processing 400-600 Kg Bio-Mass on a daily basis.
2. Total land area is 1804.00 Sq Mtr in MPAKVN on lease.
3. Company already Ayush license for producing Vijaya and Vijaya Extract-based medicine.
4. Company has a license from Excise for procurement of Bhang and food-grade ethanol.
5. Factory is situated on Indore- Bhopal highway with great connectivity.
6. Factory building is constructed as per GMP norms.
7. Gram panchayat NOC for MAP is available.
8. Company has a BAMS doctor as director and can continue with the buyer.
9. We are signing MOU for research and trial with existing Ayurvedic colleges in MP.
10. Cryo-Ethanol Based Extraction Method with Distillation and Filters -Technology of US-Based Company

Financial Brief- Till Now the company promoter has invested around 2.50 Cr from their own capital and 1.30 Cr from a bank loan and interest for construction, and machinery.

In addition to this, we would like to highlight below important aspects of plant-

1. Company is eligible to receive a subsidy of 36 Lac from the Horticulture department and out of which 18 Lac is Received

We are looking for a 20% Stake sale of the company for 90 Lac.
