Finance Available from Private lender. 1. Min. Amount is 10 Cr. 2. Borrower should be outside of Delhi - NCR 3. Rate of interest will be 12% per Annum. 4. Property value should be 1.5 times of fund required. 5. Stamp duty will be 3% levied for Mortgage of Property. Out of which 1.5% will be borne by Lender & 1.5% will be borne by Borrower. 6. After initial verification & discussion, Rs. one lac will be paid by Borrower to Lender for legal & physical verification of Property. 7.
