Project :Seawater Mining – Production of Green Hydrogen, Magnesium, Lithium with derivative production of Green Water & Green Energy.  The project entails the world’s first state-of-the-art seawater mining/multiprocessing facilities, integrating existing technologies into a complete, closed-loop process to extract from seawater such rare metals as lithium, magnesium,  valuable chemical products, and hydrogen (energy source for fuel cell vehicles), as well as 44 million tons of precious pure potable water annually.  Details of the project presentation and brief technology can be shared on interest basis. The outcome is:- 1. To identify the project site. 2. Single Window contact established to facilitate the application process via a signed MOU To kick off the Project, we are seeking a seed fund of USD 50 - 100 million to officially start the project which will include the following works a. Forming SPE, signing site agreement, EIA approval, purchase agreement with products offtakers, etc b. Investment agreement c. Project Financing agreement with a bank, Mezzanine finance agreement with a bank d. EPC contract with companies e. R&D agreement with institutes
