VMP Media LLP is better known as Versatile Motion Pictures, is a content production and digital marketing company with 10 Years+ experience in story telling with films & serials such as Rajneeti, Aarakshan, Satyagrah, Lipstick Under My Burkha, Miraj’, The Hermit etc.

We are into complete Production of Film, Web shows and digital content with upcoming three promising projects for next three years 2024, 2025, 2026 . Our experience allows us to provide production services that ensure that all aspects of the film production come together to create a high-quality final product that is completed on time and within budget.

About the Film Project:

"Guddi ke Good Days" is a hindi feature film project written by Mr Shaheen iqbal. genre of the film is Romantic, Comedy, Drama and look and feel of the film is similar to Barelly ki Barfi, Malamaal Weekly, Billu Barber etc. Duration of the project is 100 min. As in the name of the project, Guddi is a central charecter surrounded with aashiq mizaz boys of the town. We are looking forward to sign valuable face for the Guddi charecter and other primary cast. So far, we have signed Mr Amit Sial for one of the prominent charecter of the film. Mr Amit Sial has good face value on OTT platforms which is securing our half of the investment from OTT rights. Hunt for the Guddi is in last stage, our team is nagotiating the budget and dates with the agency. This project has potential to attract In-Film Branding for top brands in India. Company Financials:

in FY 22-23, Versatile Motion Pictures independently invested to produce a web show for the top OTT platform in the market. Show is in the Post Production and assigned date to release the show is in March -April 24. Our Digital Marketing division is growing with the rate of 28% each year which secure our team operations and day to day need. (Kindly check the company profile attached with this proposal).

Deal for the Investor:

We are offering 35% of equity in the company against the investment of 15 Cr.
