Project CERES Opportunity - (Financial investors who can do secondary + primary) or Strategic investors - significant minority with a path towards majority led full acquisition - Leading OEM In Smart cities in India offering IoT based City Infrastructure Asset Management Platform. - Demonstrated experience of deployment in 10+ Smart Cities in the areas of Smart Parking, Smart Lighting, SMart Pole, IoT Gateway including central management software/video analytics/environment monitoring - MNC partners as clients along with Government and Municipal corporations as also growth/client associates - Well positioned to now scale individual sub markets Smart Street Lighting, Smart Parking while Smart Cities project based multi year work continues - SaaS product (Parking) led growth for faster scale up. Product under testing, will move to client testing soon. Parking Solutions implementation at Transit Hubs Stations Metro and Railways, Municipal Parking etc. - Strong profitable growth, 30-40% Gross margins on USD 3mn revenues and with additional USD2.1mn yet to be billed from the current projects under execution. Business models cover EPC, SaaS and going forward also to include PPP - Experienced Founders uniquely positioned to handle technology/IP and Engagement with Government and Municipal bodies - from strategy formulation to implementation. 35 member team size, largely Bengaluru based. - Opportunity - (Financial investors who can do secondary + primary) or Strategic investors - significant minority with a path towards majority led full acquisition - a) Early stage investor (having 30%) seeking an exit now (secondary transaction) + - b) Company seeking USD10mn equity infusion for its growth plan to move from USD3mn to USD30mn by March2025. Investments can be staggered - CERES with Established track record and as a preferred knowledge partner can now expand its business model (pay per ticket) and a more recurring multi-year offering to grow ~11X from here in revenues by FY25 with new investments - Current Smart City based project growth will continue even without new investments - ~ 2.5-3X growth from current FY22 revenues by FY25.
